I was a card holder of HDFC Bank and as per settlement with the bank I paid off my dues on monthly basis. I had that settlement paper and the settlement tenure upto Jun 2010. But on 03.04.2010 HDFC credit card Division without any prior notice hold my savings a/c Amt Rs 49, 000 toward credit card payment though I have already the settlement papers with rs 18000 and I have already paid 5000/ rs.
We have contacted several times with bank and credit card division but without giving us the proper reason and helped us they debited the amount of Rs 49, 000 directly from my a/c and still they are sending legal notice to me . HDFC bank and all its wings are fraud. They are a professional cheater. The employees over there are not from a good family. They always used filthy languages. Don’t trust this bank.
