I have used HDFC Gold CC for 3 years (currently closed ). They even sent me the NOC to my registered address within the promised time frame. I never had any instance of false billing. All the transactions were genuine.
The bill also arrived on time in my inbox without ever any delay. The payment option was good as it can be made online using any bank’s net-banking facility. Also, the annual fees got reversed as soon as I spent a certain amount from my credit card and it was credited to my account in the next bill.
The only demerit was not-so-lucrative rewards program.
