I am using the HDFC credit card from past 3 years and I am satisfied with the service they are providing, however, I have a few concerns which I have mentioned below.
Cons:
Not many offers present in the market, if we compare it with CITI Bank Card they have a lot of offers.
Reward points system has to be improved.
Net safe card feature was available previously but now this feature is not available.
Pros:
Life time free credit card.
Good customer service.
Bill statements are correct and on time.
Online payment is also good.
One suggestion is, it will be good if they ask for a PIN number while swiping the card just like the debit cards.
Overall I am satisfied with the service.
