Pathetic!! Third Class Service

Guys Dare not bur HDFC Ergo Insurance. They are slowest in terms of service. They just take the money and care a damm about the customer. I have taken a policy on 9th Feb 2017 and gave a cheque. Received the cover note. Today its 12th April and I have not yet received my policy. The cheque got cleared 5 days back and that too on regular followup as my vehicle met with an accident and lying in workshop since 27th March 2017. Everybody is totally blank. workshop is not ready to register claim on cover note. now when the car is ready since last five days, again hdfc people are blank, according to surveyor my payment is not updated in system. What the fk.bull sht. no one is responding to calls.
