It is disappointing to see the irresponsible approach of HDFC Ergo.
First, my car policy was issued with start date 03/09/2022 where as existing policy is expiring 05/09/2022
After wasting my time with customer care, sending all the details(existing policy, wrongly issued policy copies), I got a policy with start date 13/09/2022( one week after the expiry of existing policy).
What a responsible team is working with HDFC Ergo, unfortunately I considered HDFC as reputed organisation. But I realised it is wrong.
Let me wait and see, whether now I am lucky to get the policy with correct details or I need to continue my efforts wasting my time!
