Recently I put my car to the workshop for repairing a damage on the front side and the left side of the car. Total claim amount was approx 37000. However the surveyor of HDFC ERGO did not approve the left side damage of the car as he concluded that it was not from the same accident.
I initiated a complaint at NCH(national consumer helpline) followed by another complaint to insurance ombudsman. Till date nothing concluded by anyone of them.
I am seeing HDFC ERGO is not approving legitimate claims, hence I recommend everyone to stay away from this company.
