I have worked with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd. for 1 year as a customer service executive and my experience there was very good. The process has become very vast now but overall it was a good experience. They provided an excellent package for Inbound CSR which eclipses even the international BPOs provide. The company has good growth prospects based on performance. They also have team outings where we had gone to Wet N Joy and Aqua Imagica. They have a very good policy regarding work hours for women which is max upto 8PM.
Overall its a great place to work providing great experience and future growth prospects.
