HDFC ERGO Insurance in connivance of HDFC Bank has now started resorting to cheating. Even after getting renewal premium and transmitting the renewed policy they again debited my bank account to claim renewal premium for 2nd time. On providing them with bank statements they have issued a new policy so that they don’t have to refund the premium worngly deducted. Customer service and staff attitude very poor. Others please beware.
