I am a consumer of this service provided by HDFC from past 2 years, my review about there services are that they are very good on there field of providing insurance. I take insurance for my car by taking there policy. There customer services are not bad but its average. The behaviour of the staff is nice and good. The main problem is that there claim settlement process is very long as compare to any other. There are less range of plan so a consumer has no option .
There rates are average but they demand extra charges for there file preparation.
I recommend to the service provider to mainly improve your claim settlement process.
