Poor service

I purchased the policy of HDFC Ergo last year in March’15.


I was admitted in hospital for 4 days due to internal swelling in my large intestine but I was not able to avail cashless benefit of the policy.


At the time of discharge on last moment the company advised me to pay cash and submit the hospital bills and reports for reimbursement.


It took more than a month to investigate on the case and than also I dint received my 100% claim amount.


I would never recommend this company to any of my friends or relatives.
