I purchased this insurance two years ago, I was hospitalised four times in these two years unfortunately and at the time of buying staff promised me they will cover everything cashless and also with minimal documents, however all the times I was hospitalised was because of routine fever and cough blockage in chest, they dint pay me a single penny and also they auto renew the policy with no refunds irrespective of we saying a no to them, so BEWARE
