By this review I want to convey that people first should go through the terms and condition of the company with which they are they are dealing because I have suffered it as HDFC is a big big name and we expect the same in terms of service.
So I applied for car insurance which was really attractive plan but unfortunately has a face an accident within a year of insurance I had to approach them and that moment changed my thinking or reputation about HDFC they were behaving if they never knew me and were seeing me for the first time when I told told about my condition they replied that these conditions don’t apply to our policy at that moment I was really shocked/.
But I thought I will convince them but they were rigid with their decision they denied me for the compensation money and when I filed a case a case against them for contravening the terms and conditions they never visited the session court even once and were able to distinguish it as fake so you can understand what I am trying to say before I took policy in this company they were very nice to me but after that everything changed also their plans are not so attractive and they are very costly too, premiums are hard to to pay and terms and conditions are tight too so I request my friends please never opt for HDFC ergo.
