Please be aware of HDFC Ergo. They are most irresponsible and unprofessional people.
I purchased my Comprehensive Two Wheeler Insurance Plan of 3 Year Period from a period of 2016 - 2019.
Policy No. - 2312100157927700000.
After a period of 3 years I was liable to get 35% NCB(No Claim Bonus). But when My Other Insurance Policy inquired to HDFC Ergo, The HDFC Ergo Didn’t even bothered to look at my policy details(That it was of 3 year period and not of 1 Year) and irresponsibly told them that I was entitled for only NCB of 1 year.
I Paid the remaining balance to Liberty Gen Insurance and then complained to HDFC Ergo people. It was because of Efforts of Polciy Bazaar that I got my amount Back.
HDFC ERGO PEOPLE ARE SO SHAMELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE THAT THEY DIDN’T EVEN BOTHERED TO LOOK INTO MY POLICY AND SEE THAT IT WAS OF 3 YEAR PERIOD AND NOT OF 1 YEAR PERIOD.
FOR THERE NEGLIGENCE I HAD TO FACE SO MUCH PROBLEM.
