I had an ERGO insurance for myself and customer care guys called me up asking me to include my parents, for some nominal charges. I asked them to call me after sometime. By that time I checked the reviews about the insurance and decided not to do the same mistake again.
I informed the same to customer care people when they called me again. But the lady was so rude and arrogant, for not buying the extra coverage. I don’t recommend anyone to take this insurance. Seems to be fraudulent, money losing.
