HDFC ERGO is very week in insurance policy so I would write a review for this. I have purchased the HDFC ergo life insurance policy in the year 2015. It was activated for a year. I used to pay premium worth rs 650 and it can be only bought through the credit card of HDFC and then in year 2016. It was automatically the amount rs 13000 got deducted from my credit card. I really disappointed and called up customer. I didn’t renewed it and they deducted it and as well. I written mails to higher authority they never replied to my mails. I humble request dont insure in these company they are just fooling around with credit card users. So I suggest you don’t taken a HDFC insurance policy.
