I purchased a health insurance plan from HDFC ERGO in 2013 and have been renewing the policy every year since then. Over the years, the policy has automatically accumulated additional benefits, covering more diseases and health issues.
However, HDFC ERGO has been significantly increasing the renewal amount each year as part of their business strategy, which has become a substantial burden and is pushing us into a very difficult situation. I am dissatisfied with HDFC ERGOs business tactics. While I can cancel my existing insurance and switch to another provider, I would lose all the benefits accumulated over the years. Im unsure how to handle this situation.
I dont want to recommend HDFC ERGO to my network.
