Even after paying the premium 10 years continuously and with no claim to date. They denied providing a health checkup voucher(mentioned in the policy wording) with a new condition.
They mentioned in policy wording that they will provide health checkup vouchers up to 1% of the sum assured after 4 claim-free years.
When I ask them to provide the voucher they come up with a new trick that I can claim only at the end of the 4th, 8th, and 12th. year if there is no claim. this was not mentioned in policy.
