Be aware of this Fruad and Fake Health Insurance Providers. ERGO is well established company in EUROPE for insurance but HDFC is making misuse of ERGO. Whenever there is Reimbursement request sent they first say all documents needed. After a week they say "Original Bills are not settled" though you have submitted all Original Bills and all documents. I don’t know about Cashless hospitalization. But claim reimbursement is almost null
After talking to Customer Care 100 times and sending mail to 100 times then they said Bills submitted are Original Copy. After that they keep on raising query after query and at the end you will get tired and you will leave the claim and also Policy
So overall I have very bad experience. So don’t go for this Cheating health insurance provider
