Rejected by HDFC and same claim approved by ICICI

I had 2 insurance policies one from HDFC Ergo and another provided by the company. I need some treatment for an accident but HDFC Ergo rejected the claim even after many complaints. At the same time ICICI approved the same claim in 20 minutes.

Learn from this and stay away from HDFC Ergo.
