I had applied for a HDFC home loan which was online and post approval which was after the so called verification of all the relevant documents @ the time of disbursement all hell broke loose. I had got an approval for fixed rate of interest and have the document copy with me but at the disbursement it was variable rate of interest .. HDFC agreed there was a communication lapse from their end.. It was a pathetic experience and everyone at the bank right from the executive to the manager did not have a clue or answer the o any queries.. Request one and all not to ever go with HDFC home loans.. Pathetic and downgrading ..
