Customer executive asked me to pay Rs. 3550 as loan processing fees, He also ensured me that, he will process loan and tell me amount with roi in 7 working days i.e. 1.5 weeks.
Now 3 weeks are over i.e. 15 working days are over.still not received any feedback.
Works thing is "I already paid fees for no reason".
Now, I started applying other banks and forgot about hdfc.
I took my first loan from hdfc in 2009 and that time service was good.but looks like, now it became bad.
anyways. I lost Rs. 3550 and trust
