This is my 2nd worst experience with HDFC Home loan, looks like untrained people are working in HDFC organisation which never told and share correct things with customer by team and I experienced 2 times they don’t know what’s the genuine documents required while logging the file..
The Joke is my work organisation not qualified to sanction in normal case they’re informed me when the file reached at sanction stage at credit appraiser department.. such a very very bad experience I had with HDFC .. Thanks
