I bought the hdfc click to protect plus policy from policybazar. After paying the money, I had to make so many calls, mails every possible thing to follow-up even from medical appointment to the status of the proposal. No one cares. No one answers your queries properly. After waiting for long time, I got frustrated and withdrawn my proposal. Even for that I had to do lot of follow-up by mail and phone. Finally they cancelled my proposal and committed to refund the money within 6/7 working days.
The proposal was withdrawn on 3rd september 2015, I have sent at least more than 15 mails and about 10 phone calls but the money is not refunded. They are simply copy pasting same reply as " please give us some time. we will resolve your issue".
They are not even describing any genuine reason for not refunding the money till now.
Totally irresponsible talk over the phone without refunding the money.
I totally agree with many other customers posted here, that these guys intention is to exploit on the name of the brand and loot money from us.
I am totally unhappy with HDFC life and even policy bazar people who are not even caring and misleading by suggesting these kind of cheaters for the taking the policy.
