This is worst ever insurance company never go to HDFC life, I took a policy in 2013 I paid all my 7years premium total 140000 paid, after 8years today I went for surrender my policy due to personal requirement that they are saying its only 120000 will be the surrender value, that means after 8years I have to lose 20k than wat I paid as per their documents it shows 137000 will be the surrender value at this time, but they don’t bother blindly they says we can’t do anything that system shows 120000 only, no proper answer that says put mail or go to head office what nonsense insurance company is this they are looting the people, I never ever wanted this HDFC life big cheaters
