Technically backward in postal delivery system

The HDFC that has so much reputation has dump employees who makes processes.


I purchased two policies on December by its employee who unfortunately was my friend. Now it is march and I have not received its cover note. Its employees are saying that the cover note was delivered from Chennai and nobody was found at home so it went back and it will take time to reach.


Why the hell these people get our phone numbers and email when they do not update. These days even ordinary e-commerce site sends us email and message at every stage, so why this so called one of world top organization is so backward in this area.


They charge so much but their service is poor.

Dear customerApart from sending the hard copy of any document we also mail the soft copy to the registered email id of the customer.
