This is my mail to HDFC Life. Please go through it.
This is Harjeet Singh Jutley. My mom is a policy holder in ICICI Pru life. Today, a person named Mr. Kamlesh Choudhary from DELHI called us on our land-line number. He told us that he is from ICICI PRU LIFE (login department). Later on, the person told us that our funds were invested in Equities (HDFC life) which has issued Bonus/Dividend (Rs. 1, 18, 810) and we are eligible for that. He also told that ICICI pru life has not informed us and it is going for cancellation and then we will not get the amount. Further, he asked our policy number and also made us confirm our address. Also, he told if we want to claim this amount we have to be connected with HDFC life and should have some evidence. Then I replied that we do not have any connection i.e Insurance policy of HDFC life. Then, he transferred my call to his Manager Mr. Akash Sharma (08882383594) who advised me get one policy of HDFC life and submit him the Application number. Akash also told that he will process our claim for Bonus/dividend with that application number and process will take 15-20 days. Also, he told once the claim amount is credited to our account within 20 days, the customer can cancel the policy and get back their premium. Then, I told him to call after half an hour.
After half an hour, Mr. Akash Sharma called me and said that he has contact number of one person (Mr. Vikram Solanki) (Goregaon- Mumbai) of HDFC life who can get me policy and has sent a mail to Vikram regarding this saying that Harjeet Singh is my relative and wants a policy. Also, he (Akash) was repeating the sentence that do not tell Vikram that we are taking policy just for sake of claiming the bonus/dividend and we would be going to cancel the same once claim amount is credited.
I agreed and I got call from Vikram and later on call from Abhishek (documents collection department). When, I asked Abhishek to give me office address of Vikram and he gave me the same number (08882383594) location-DELHI Reliance GSM and also, he said this number belongs to Amit Chauhan who is team member of Vikram Solanki. This means Akash Sharma might be a fake name its real name was Amit Chavan. I told Akash that I want to meet Vikram and then only i’ll take the policy then he disconnected the call immediately.
In short, it was a drama done by Vikram Solanki and Amit Chavan/ Akash Sharna and his team which are from Delhi (HDFC life) for completing their targets.
This incident shows HDFC life is a cheat company and fraud. They are using this type of unfair practices for their business.
"One Dirty Fish Spoils The Whole Pond". The company’s name get spoiled just because of few fools.
I request you that take strict actions regarding this incident and I am waiting for reply. Please do not share any customer’s info with any other company. I need a reply regarding the action taken on this type of frauds and I have many more e-mail ID, s to forward this mail.
