Before reading my review, I want to say that don’t take my words in a negative way and don’t think that I am justifying the company mistakes.As a private company we can’t compare this company with LIC.But the same is growing in all aspects which will surely beat LIC in future in all parameters.HDFC is looking for long term investments.
LIC had completed more than 52 years in INDIAN INSURANCE INDUSTRY only through their long term view in selling, HDFC is also following the same principle.Traditional products of HDFCSLIC is very good and it will give you greater returns if we complete the entire term.Lapsed policies will not give proper returns to us in any other company.If we are comparing customer servicing with LICor any other Insurance companies, HDFC SLIC is far far better.
They are having well advanced customer service dept.In the case of claims HDFC SLIC is supporting their clients maximum for eg: HDFC SLIC settled the claim to Mrs Hemant Karkare(Kavitha) our former ATS chief without any information from his nominee.f you have any complaints against the service from HDFC, pls send a complaint mail in service@hdfcinsurance.com in which you all will get asudden resolution.
Kindly note:Pls don’t go to a private company with a mind that they won’t satisfy my needs like a Govt: company.
