Hi All, I bought HDFC life classic pension plan, initially they promised me 12 EMI’s but I was charged total amount of 50, 000 and said that there is no provision for EMI. Then when I went in for cancellation they said me I would get my money back in 5 working days.Later I was informed that there would be some deduction of Rs100.
Till date it has been 25 days now I have not got my money back. HDFC managers say they are helpless and I need to wait for some more days.I am not sure whether I should go to consumer court or not. My humble request to any one who wants to deal with HDFC please stay back, it is very difficult to get out of their trap and fraud managers/management.
