HDFC Life insurance agents(Deepak Kumar, code: 00512382) and managers(Nikhil+^^^^^^7951 & Rohit Soni, Sales Devlopment Manager, Sec.-18 Noida, +1678) are doing FRAUD to sell policies.
They are giving all FAKE commitments and compelling to pay money through credit cards/debit cards. They have collected customers information from online shopping company bagittoday.com and called me. They told that Bagittoday has arranged me cash prize of 15 lakhs through HDFC insurance and to receive that money I need to pay govt. tax as insurance premium.
Also told that I will get the prize within a month after paying tax. I paid 90, 000/- through credit cards and received 2 policies(16040017 & 16040056). But, I didn’t get money even after 3 months, and I decided to cancel the policies and get refund.
I sent call records of agent conversations to HDFC customer care and asked to cancel the policies. Surprisingly, they do not bother about what agents/managers told to customers. HDFC simply refused to cancel and telling that they can’t cancel after 15days of receiving policy documents. I tried to escalate the issue to all levels of HDFC grievance redressal.
They are all just repeating the same response and I found that there is no use with their escalation system. Those HDFC FRAUD managers and agents are cheating customers and are ready to do any dirty things to get commissions from HDFC and to reach their targets.
They simply want to sell policies with all FRAUD strategies(may be that is called sales development) and with the help of HDFC they are able to survive. Like pigs survive on human waste, these frauds are surviving on human curses. They do not care about the customers life, they just want money.
Please BEWARE of such FRAUD agents & HDFC Insurance managers and avoid taking HDFC policies.
