Real-life experience! Stay away from HDFCLife Online Term Plans! I purchased Click2Protect+ Policy(Proposal # 17359168) on 12-Jan. morpheushumanwever, till date there is no update on my proposal. I was asked for a Medical and I went for it on 01-Feb, the reports of which were received by HDFC Life on 04-Feb(confirmed by HDFCLife).
I entertained all calls and mails - they are never in sync. I get mails asking for documents which I had already sent.I called on 22-Feb, and found the proposal is still "In Progress", I had raised a complaint(#20150222165162) to talk to a mAnasultanger where I was promised a callback the next day. That didnt happen. Today I called and was told that I need to go for Medical again. For 23-days you sat on it and no response.The request is raised but I can only go to the Medical center after 03-Mar. I didnt get a mail also. To add to it, mails to onlinequery@hdfclife.com and onlinedocuments@hdfclife.com bounced from my registered email id.
