Writing this after lot of thought and enough chances to HDFC Life.
I bought click 2 protect online & god protect my mind from HDFC :(
Total DUMB CUSTOMER CARE who dont know anything & cant even speak properly. All the best for handling them. They dont listen & give complete "parrot" answers to everything. They are RUDE and INCOMPETENT.
They gave policy after lot of follow up, but I did not receive the policy docs. On top of that the address they filled from proposal form is incorrect. They cant even copy the address correctly. Thats also my headache to get it corrected from DUMP customer care. Its already a month & my limit of 30 days return is almost over.
If my husband tries to talk to them, they say they will talk to policy holder only. I am thinking of the purpose I took this "life insurance". In uneventful scenario, why and how much they will trouble my family for claims???? :)
