HDFC Life term insurance

HDFC Life insurance’s service is pathetically bad.


sales manager took the documents from me on 16th Aug and I did not hear from him or from anyone from HDFC on the confirmation of documents. I have not yet received any documents from HDFC either. On 20th Aug I received a call for scheduling my checkup and I received a message which gives the appointment detail and my propasal/application no. Appointment was scheduled for 21st Aug, 2011. When I went to the checkup center the receptionist told me that he has not received any information fro my checkup from HDFC. I emailed the sales manager, but he has not yet responded with the documents. My check has been debited from my account, but htere is no response from HDFC.


The DSM’s name is Awadesh Kumar and the policy was requested in Gurgaon.
