I have taken HDFC STANDARD ENDOWMENT POLICY in 2004. As per there process HDFC should give me 40, 000 Rs in march 2009 but they have given me this money on 18th jan 2010 after lot of followup . They have not send me any cheque, intemation, SMS and EMAIL notifcation .
This show what service they are provided. They cant stand anywhere about service.
I have already given my bank account number, bank details in 2008 for different policy but for same client ID.Already registered for SMS and EMAIL notification and same address from last 6 year.It means they are very poor and cant stand anywhere about claims settlement.
They have keep my money when time was very good for investment. FD rate was 10.5% and sensex was at 8000. They have done very big fraud by keeping my hard earned money.
They will take interest if I will give premium 10 month late but they are not ready to give me interest for which they have earned money in best time.How it can be fare?
There staff attitude is very bad. I have given written complaint in branch but they have not given me any call. I have called but they have not given me any satisfactory reply and was telling please visit our branch and branch people always said to call customer care. It means there staff attitude is also very poor they can only make customer fool by giving wrong information.
Eventhough my payment is pending from march 2009 but still they have taken 12 days to provide me cheque and taken 2 days to clear it.
It means there processing time is also very poor. Customer care also dont speak properly.
I have done investment in HDFC because I wast thinking I will get good service but this experience realized me I have done a greate mistake.
