Hi friends I am one of the customer of HDFC life insurance, now I sharing my worst experience with Hdfc.
Before I joining into Insurance policy they gave full respect to me but after one Insurance they gave me irrespect only. If I ask any query to any staff they gave me a rapid fire answers, that is not useful for me.They didn’t consider a customer as valid one. If we want to claim for settlement they look me like as a villain. Settlement is very very worst. INsurance premium is worst, because I has to pay more money as a due amount.I am not Satisfied about this insurance company.HDFC life insurance will not upgrade any new plans they offer only an old plans. That will not use for me or my family for future. Lost most drawback is staff who worked in HDFC LIfe insurance attitude is very very bad, because they didn’t handle a customer with respectively.If I ask any doubts then they gave me a answer with angry. My advice is you can choose any other Life insurance companies to your better Experience.
