I have purchased a HDFC Click to protect plan on 3rd of November 2014. After submitting all the documents and Medical test report they kept mum.
When I inquire after almost a month, they told me that the Alcohol questionnaire needs to be submitted separately.
I did that also and expected that now I will get the policy. when I did not received the same till date, I inquire again and came to know that they need my income proof. What the hell!
The policy was purchased on 3rd of November and Nobody asked me for my income proof. I am unable to understand why they need my income proof?
I am afraid that when these people can be so unprofessional at this stage what will happen in case of claim.
The customer care is so unprofessional and don’t care about the person on call.
I hope to receive the policy. Lets see!
