I had requested HDFC life a year back to update my contact address which was not done at Vashi Office , at Vashi Office the Security and one officer of Administration also refused to allow me to have some water and use the wash room as it was meant only for Employees . Now last month for change of address I had send a courier at the address as mentioned in the HDFC site the courier , came back undelivered with a note office shifted from Eureka Towers , Link Road Malad. In the meantime I had made a follow up mail but regret there was no feedback from them.
This may be the company is becoming too big to handle petty issues of customer address change / at least minimum welcome when you go to their branch office . You feel like as you have gone to the Public Sector banks 15 years back , They treat you as you Vendor and not Customer, I will not think twice before investing any further at HDFC life.
Worst treatment when you vist them .
