I bought HDFC click2 protect plus plan from policy bazar on 16 Sep 2014. I was then asked to submit the relevant documents online which I completed in a week. I was then asked for medical examination. I went there on the appointed date and did the medical test.
After a week I got a reply that your policy is rated up and premium was increased by 40%. I emailed back asking the reason . There was no reply for 10-12 days. On calling the helpline number they told that the respective team will get back on it. As I did not get reply I emailed back saying that the service was bad. Finally I cancelled the policy. After that I got a reply saying they are sorry for late reply . The policy was rated up as the height and weight is not matching. Just because of that they almost doubled the premium.
Now I have to followup for getting premium back. With such a poor customer service how they will manage claims. Dont go by the big flattery name of the company
