I applied for click to protect plus plan two months back. I submitted all the documents as per requirement. then I heard that the new plan click to protect plus has more advantage so I talk to customer care to do so. They asked me to send mail and do some formality so that they can switch over. Now for two months I am chasing these people . but nothing is happening.
We need to tell entire story to call center person, it waste your half an hour and then he give assurance to resolve the issue withing 48 hours, I also sent reminders to their onlinequerry@hdfclife.com, but nothing is happening. I am stuck up. and it is really frustrating, I have never expected such lousy service from the Brand name of HDFC.
Now I want my money back, I think if at this stage they are treating customer like this what will happen incase someone wants claim later on. These people are cheater and unethical.
