The worst customer service! I have been repeatedly following up, but no one answers emails or calls back. Customer care number provided is bogus. They deducted excess amount of premium without my knowledge when i did not authorize auto debit. And now after i have sent them paperwork for refunding money in which the mistake is hdfc as they had already sent me receipt for one payment, they are not acknowledging my email nor refunding my money. I hope they know it is called stealing and its a criminal offence if you deduct excess money from someone’s account and do not refund amount. Horrible experience!!
