I am surprised to see that HDFC Insurance dont even have courtesy to respond to customer queries even in a weeks time.
One of the poorest service .ever received from any call center
This is the second time it has happened to me, I called up the call
center and the response was so poor that communication was almost
impossible, Call quality was lowest possible, a lot of disturbance and
a agent who could not understand any query.
I am unable to verify whether the online transfer I made has beed credit against my due premium for the current year.
Seriously very disheartening and frustrating....

had made an online transfer from my HDFC Bank account for the premium
which is due on my policy on 15 th of March. As it was the first time,
I had done an online transfer, so I wanted to check the same I had
called your customer care dept and am sorry to say but
1. Call quality at your end was really poor...A lot of disturbance..
2.
The representative who took my call was not able to understand what I
was saying. NO communication skills. He could not spell my name even
correctly.
3. I told him that I have done online trnasfer on march 5 2008 and he
was reverting back after checking that they have not received my cheque
for the premium.
4. I asked him to connect to some of his colleague/supervisor but he never did so.
Over all Experience was horrible...
Please let me know the status if possible.
