CLICK TO PROTECT PLUS - worst and irresponsible

Just by looking at ads and promos I decided to purchase click to protect plus. The only step which was easy was making payment. There after the nightmare started and is still on. Its around 2 months now and still they say my policy is in proposal state. Though the documents are sent, they say they haven’t received it and I have to submit documents to further processing.


People sitting at customer care do not understand what customer is saying. Query sent in Email will take at least a week to get reply. No one time issue resolution. Team leads and floor supervisors say that they raised complaint and promise that he/she will give a call back in two days to tell me the status of complaint however no one gets TIME to keep promise. Their efficiency is really questionable. Hardly the team works.


The mistake I did was, I didn’t check mouthshut before purchasing this policy and am going through same trauma as mentioned by others.


Never ever purchase from HDFC.
