I am Chandu..I took a HDFC life policy in the year 2011. When I am taking this HDFC executives has explained everything but they have not disclosed critical information regarding to the surrender of the policies...Because of this I’m suffering..when I wrote to the customer care they are saying that you have signed the agreement and the fault is completely from your side..my sincere advise is don’t trust these HDFC bank employees.
