Don’t ever buy the click to protect term insurance plan. Its hardly take 5 minutes to buy. But it takes months to get approved. Very poor service. There customer care executives are dump....
I bought this policy in sometime Mar-2012. After buying the policy there was no update about the status of the policy. After calling customer support 2-3 time they finally send the medical checkup form. After the medical checkup I got mail saying the policy got rated-up and send me a link to cancel or pay the rest of the amount. But that link never worked. I called the support helpdesk and requested to resent the link. But no action. After waiting for another month I decided to cancel the policy and initiated cancellation procedure 3 times !!! No response.Lost my money.
This is a big ’fraud’ policy. Please don’t buy this. You will lose your money and peace of mind. If the support is so worst wile you are alive think about the pain your dependants has to get though.
Don’t buy this policy. Pass this information to everyone you know. My money is still stuck and I am fighting daily with the support team to get my money back
