Policy Issued with Fake Signatures /Fake Policy Be

Regarding HDFC Life  Policy Num-15739857 –Vinod Mehta Issue: –Policy Issued with Fake Signatures /Fake Policy Benefits communicated over call & Incorrect details with policy.


I am Dr Vinod Mehta( Age -61), working at small town  in Rajasthan, received  a call from HDFC Life agent for Policy and its Benefits  . Request HDFC Life to Refund my amount back due to Torture /Harassment /Mis-communication continuously from last one year.


Following are the issues which are troubling me from last one year in age of 61 years and I am continuously struggling to get my Money back from last one Year.


Policy Benefits communicated as




  1. Sum assured is 5 Lakh after 5 years with Annual premium of 50 Thousand. Details in Received Policy Sum assured-271, 323.00




  2. Policy duration term and premium term as 5 years – In actual policy  premium paying term – 7 years and Policy term 10 years




  3. Fake Signature of mine in Policy document with Location Mumbai dated 14/01 /2013.The formed filled by fake person, original signatures can be verified at Banks and another Govt Approved documents –Pancard, License and more if needed




  4. Fake signatures for Terms and conditions.




  5. In Correct Nominee Name – should be as per actual documents sent wife addhar card – Rekha Mehta. Name present – Sharada Mehta




  6. Address /Address of Nominee Incorrect – shown as address of Delhi, Actual address – Rajasthan, Sirohi




  7. Auto debit Facility mentioned with account – I have not mentioned anywhere for the same.




  8. Received Policy after 2 months due to incorrect address, I am calling and mailing with the help of my son since I read the policy. For Cancellation of policy from last one year, got a reply after long that I need to present on my own to office. I planned to travel pune as my son stays there to cancel the same.




  9. I am calling customer care for cancellation and miscommunication .In Response getting fraud calls regularly for sending more money.




  10. Getting calls regularly from HDFC agents for depositing more amount so that they will refund the money after that.






Summary –


I am a Retired Govt officer, staying at small town at Rajasthan where HDFC is not having Branches. I am not an internet savvy, takes help from my son for assistant. I am trying to cancel my policy over call/mail from last one year .Getting replies that I need to present at HDFC offices. After visiting they are saying that no money will be refunded.


Getting Fraud calls/sms every second day for sending more money to get my money back. All this process and Made my life hell at this old age, I Request HDFC to Refund my Money back at the earliest. Legal action should be taken for the person /agent who has created fake policy /signature and more .
