Please don’t buy any health insurance or term plan from HDFC life through Policy Bazaar.
I have taken HDFC click to protect online line term plan(Proposal no. S299999875578) on 02nd Feb 2015.
Amount Paid immediately.
All required documents submitted & medical examination done with in a week.
When I asked for final documents of insurance, they have only single answer- it’s under expert review.
From last one & half months, am calling on daily basis to their customer care number(18002660315), but no proper answer.
Now I can’t cancel this policy, as 1 month locking period is over & even I go for cancellation, they will deduct high amount in the name of medical expenses.
My advise to all of you, please think twice before buying any plan from this company.
