Even before loan was taken Marketing Team/Relationship Manager promised ROI of 6.5%.
Applied for the loan ROI of 7.2% was incurred saying since the amount for Plot is disbursed
It was assured that the moment construction loan was released, loan will be converted to Housing loan and ROI will be reduced to 6.5%.
Amount for construction was disbursed but the ROI was moved from 7.2 - > 7.05.
ROI was not reduced to 6.5% as promised, instead it was drop to 7.05? When Questioned, reply was "Machine is not allowing us to further go down"
On what basis this change was made? Why 7.05? Why not 6.5? - No concrete answer
Spoke to My relationship Manager - Shilpa, Hirendra, Vivek, Shalabh Jain, Nikhil Yadav, Rakesh Mishra - All they did was redirecting me to different person.
Finally Raised a Query, Resolution Provided to me by Bank Manager Akash Agarwal(Bilaspur Branch, Chattisgarh): Please pay additional fees of 1180 rupees and ROI will then be changed.
It seems they don’t care for what the Marketing team(Tarun) /Relationship Manager(Shilpa) promised.
Have been associated to HDFC from past 14 years, really disappointed with the service. Made up my mind to close my loan and move my salary account to Citi Bank and end all my ties with HDFC.
