OuI am owning by credit card of HDFC bank for last 5 years and till date I did not call up the call center number given at the back of the card.
I tried to reach out to them to ask about the breakup of the int charges for my November bill but I could not reach them through IVR. I was put on hold for 20 mins before the line getting disconnected. I hope that is not the way to run business
