I am the valued customer of HDFC from last 6 years, having both debit and credit card of hdfc bank.
Though debit card is linked to my salary account I don’t see any problem with using it. But believe me - Credit card of hdfc is worst. I am facing worst customer service.
The finance charges they put on outstanding is much more than expected.
In August, I bought a i-phone worth rupees 43000/-. I had an offer of 15% cash-back. I bought it from amazon.in.
I was told that this money will be credit into my card within 1 month. But It;s been now more than 3 months I havent got the cash-back.
I raised a query to their customer care via email. Firstly they take long time to reply back. When finally I got a reply I was told that the money(cash back) has already been credited to my card. Then I checked the statements from August to Nov and nowhere I could see the cash back been credited. This was a false information from them.
I would not recommend to use the credit card of HDFC.
WORST.
