We had an account in hdfc bank the service they provide is good in banking section but I'll loan department it is too hectic and not that good service they provide specially customer service they responded properly at starting later at the time of paper submission we was bit lateto give documents bcz we were in hospital. I was continuously explaining him never he tried to listen later he took papers and went we followed so many times to executive they used to say today tomorrow of loan process. At last our loan not sanctioned they not responded properly and we even asked a problem too for getting loan actually our loan amount was just 1lakh but they should respond for customers. We were in need of money they delayed like anything but finally we got loan from other bank not from hdfc. Just time wasted.
