If not best this site is not bad either. I have been using the site since January 05 and found it quite convenient. of course it is bit conservative approach on their part for not allowing trading on BSE or margin trading but I have been informed by them that they are going to allow this facility shortly. they however did not specify the date.
It is true that they take time to register ’off-time’ orders on NSE, but this may be due to congestion.
once I purchased a BSE-scrip through them online. I faced selling the scrip online through them. After persuasion I could sell those scrips through them on phone.
Recently, they have provided a Reliance phone number which can be accessed from anywhere in India as local calls.
in comparision to ICICIdirect, their site is less informative, but the convenience of trading is not ’unsatisfactory’.
Another feature of this site is that one can navigate except ’the trading zone’ without opening an account with them.
The colour scheme -red & blue’ of this site is quite bore as it resembles with ’police posts (thana)’ colours.
Overall I am saisfied with the services.
PS.: Recently in last week of September HDFCsec has extended online trading facilities for BSE scrips. They are going to add shortly ’margin trading’ and trading in ’f&o’ segment. They have also added ’yellow colour’ to their ’police post colour combination’. I shall come back with my experience in due course.
